This policy explains what personal information Artur Tenerife Property Finder collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Artur Tenerife Property Finder helps buyers find property in Tenerife, working with a partner estate agency on the island. For any question about your data, contact us at Artur@atpf.pl.
What we collect, and why

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for identity documents online.
What we do not do
- We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not send newsletters.
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
To arrange a viewing or progress a purchase we may need to pass your name and contact details to our partner estate agency in Tenerife, and — only where you ask us to — introduce you to independent lawyers or financial advisors. They act as separate data controllers and have their own privacy policies. We do not pass your details to anyone else.
This site is hosted by Netlify. When you send the enquiry form your message is delivered straight to our email inbox by Brevo, our email provider (an EU company), and is not stored on the website — the only copy is the email we receive. Brevo keeps delivery records, such as the date and whether the message arrived, for a limited period. Property information is managed in Wix.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we are helping you, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us. After that it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email Artur@atpf.pl and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority — in Poland the UODO, in the UK the ICO, in Spain the AEPD.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
